Unlike some, our accommodation includes services like electricity, heating and hot water ...and we like to look after you by providing free of charge those little things you might otherwise forget (milk, kitchen/washing detergents, loo rolls and soap....even books and games to wile the hours away...).

Uniquely located in the Vale of Clwyd (a protected Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) nr St Asaph, with magnificent views into the Vale and on to Snowdonia National Park beyond, and yet central to so many of the things that North Wales and Cheshire have to offer: the World Heritage site of Conwy; the lovely Isle of Anglesey; Snowdonia National Park; the North Wales coast with its fine sandy beaches; the ancient walled City of Chester with its black and white shopping rows (and even the UK’s largest designer shopping outlet!).
